Homeless Link does not provide accommodation or services directly to homeless people. However, you can use this page to find information on getting advice on housing issues or if you or someone you know is at risk of becoming homeless. You can also find information on getting help and support if you or someone you know is sleeping rough.
Need housing advice or at risk of becoming homeless?
If you are at risk of losing your home, you can get detailed advice on your situation in the following ways:

- for telephone advice call ShelterLine free on 0808 800 4444 8am to midnight, seven days a week

Street homeless or want to get help for a rough sleeper?
- If you are sleeping rough, or concerned about someone sleeping rough in London you can contact the Street rescue outreach team in that area or visit the Homeless London website for more information and a directory of homelessness services including accommodation. You can also use the Pavement's listings of services for London's homeless
- for advice and information on homelessness services outside London, visit Homeless UK or use the Directory of Supporting People Services emergency accommodation search.
